In addition, we occasionally have need for independent contractors to help us with individual products and/or services that are outside our core expertise.
An independent contractor should possess a specific skill-set that they do extremely well. Generally, outside help will be evaluated on at least one trial project before being given serious consideration for larger work directly for our clients.
A future job candidate would not be disqualified by a lack of certifications or experience with advanced Windows networks as we largely train our staff in-house, but they would be required to be very motivated, have basic computer and network skills, and should be excellent communicators.
