Jen-Tech Systems specializes in designing and maintaining Windows-based computer networks.  We have experience dealing with all different sizes and types of network configurations, from Local Area Networks (Wired or Wireless) to Wide Area Networks using VPNs and/or Terminal Services. 

We are able to provide complete support solutions for small to medium businesses and organizations and we provide second-level technical support for larger companies’ IT departments. 

We also work with individuals who require temporary expertise to solve a problem.  These smaller (but no less important) issues can include setting up a wireless network in a home or office, installing VPN or work-connections, and/or cleaning machines that have been infected by spyware, and configuring the computer to reduce the likelihood of future infection.

Many of our clients choose to work with us on a same-day/next-day service-contract basis in which complete support for every aspect of the network is covered including regularly scheduled hardware upgrades to ensure that their computer networks are reliable and up-to-date.
